Regulations require that reports must be submitted for all injuries, regardless of whether the player receives medical attention (i.e. doctor visit, hospital trip).

If an injury occurs during a practice or game, the coach must fill out and submit an Injury Report Form found in the Handouts Section and email to the League Commissioner at freedomoptsoccer@gmail.com within 24 hours of the time of the injury.

Late registration at https://farc.siplay.com is open through July 15th for boys and girls from age three to seniors in high school is open.  Come out and join the fun!

MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER YOUR CHILD FOR THE GRADE THEY WILL BE IN FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR.

Fees
$95.00/player with a $10.00 sibling discount for each additional child in the family registered in our program.  Registration is not considered complete and your child will not be placed on a team until payment is received.

Trying out for a FSC Travel Team?
If your child is trying out for an FSC Travel Team – Do Not Register.  If your child does not evaluate onto a travel team, register your child but do not pay by credit card.  Instead select the Pay by Check option.  After competing the registration contact the League Commissioner at freedomoptsoccer@gmail.com and note that player name and that they tried out for a travel team.  Your registration will then be updated to remove any late fees and you can complete the payment to finalize the registration.
