As a recreational program, Freedom Optimist Soccer doesn’t host paid camps, only free clinics. Here is a list of local soccer camps we’re aware of.

Mustang Soccer Academy Youth Camps
Mustang Soccer Academy Youth Camps are or field players and goalkeepers to enhance their soccer skills. Each camper will have the opportunity to focus on their technical skill development in a fun, safe and relaxing environment. The camp provides an experienced staff from a collegiate NCAA program and will feature small groups focused on individual technique.
Mustang Soccer Academy camps have a curriculum for every age and skill level that will focus on improving the technical abilities of each camper, utilizing small-sided soccer games to develop individual technique and help players understand the more intricate aspects of team play. The goal at the Mustang Soccer Academy is to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience, make friends, and enhance their individual skills.
Full Day (9am-3pm) or Half Day (9am-12pm) camps are offered. Extended care (3pm-4pm) is also available.

Dragon Elite Co-ed Soccer Day Camps
The Dragon Elite Soccer Day Camp is designed for players entering grades 1-8 by Bradley Sellar, the Glenelg Country School Boys Varsity Soccer Coach, to promote individualized learning of techniques and skills. Campers will enjoy games, structured practices, and World Cup tournaments, ensuring maximum participation and fun. They will also learn advanced technical skills and develop an understanding of individual and group tactics. The coach must ensure players have a memorable experience, improve the technical and tactical skills of the game while having a great time, making new friends, and developing a love for the game. Each player will receive an individual feedback form from the coaches to let parents know how they developed over the session and what they can do at home to continue to improve their skills.
Coach Bradley Sellar is the current GCS Boys Varsity Soccer Coach, and the Programs/Boys Director at Baltimore Celtic Soccer Club and a prior Freedom Optimist Soccer board member, serving in roles such as Division Coordinator and Director of Player and Coach Development.

Green Terror Summer Youth Camp
The Green Terror Youth Soccer Camp is designed for players of all skill levels and aims to provide each player with an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Campers will develop their individual technical skills as well as learn the importance of teamwork. Daily instruction will include individual and small group training and full field games.
