After you register a player
Soon after you register you will receive an email from the registration site confirming the player registration.
After registration, the next communication won’t likely occur until shortly before the season begins. For the Spring season this will be in mid-to-late March. For the Fall season this will be mid to late August. Clinic divisions in the Fall may not hear from the coach until late August or early September.
You will receive a message from the registration platform, and then soon after from team’s coach with information about practice schedules, communications, and details about the season. Game schedules are normally released the week or weekend before the season starts.
We also recommend you install the TeamSnap mobile app. Alerts, game schedules, and more will be sent via the TeamSnap platform during the season.

Next, review the background check requirements at https://www.freedomoptsoccer.com/volunteer-information-background-check-requirements. And make sure to complete the background check if needed.

You will receive a message from the Division Coordinator or other league representative about the upcoming season and any pre-season coach’s meetings to attend.
Coaches should make sure to install the TeamSnap mobile app. This is recommended method to send messages to your team. And team rosters and game schedules are released via the TeamSnap platform during the season.
